Insurance Statement:
*We Highly Recommend purchasing our insurance policy for the duration of your rental.
A no insurance form will be presented at delivery if not selected. The form will be filled out by our driver and the renter. It states if any damage happens to the scooter during your rental period, whether it was caused by you or the public, you are agreeing to allow us to charge credit card for any unforeseen damages that may occur. We must review the form with you in person prior to you departing.
By deselecting insurance, you are agreeing with the terms and conditions set forth here. Accidental damage waiver insurance is offered for an additional premium, when making your reservation, should this insurance not be selected, renter agrees to reimburse Florida Mobility Rentals, LLC its authorized agents or representatives, upon demand, for part or as necessary, full replacement value, for any damage to or destruction of the mobility equipment, the renter acknowledges, agrees and authorizes Florida Mobility Rentals, LLC to charge the credit card used for any relevant repair costs or if required, the full replacement of the mobility equipment.
